What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Clinical Director position at Vinfen?
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
Salary: $70,000-$80,000
As an Assistant Clinical Director, you will apply your full range of clinical skills to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities meet their most important life goals. You will be part of a highly collaborative team, working with managers, support staff, and other clinicians, all aiming to improve quality of life for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
Some important features of this job include:
- Working with a diverse clinical population (IDD, ASD, co-occurring psychiatric disorders, brain injury)
- Advocating for human rights on behalf of disabled adults
- Partner with program managers to train, coach, and guide staff to become more effective supports for the people they serve.
- Weekly clinical team meetings and monthly individual supervision
Some core job activities of the Assistant Clinical Director are:
- Conduct clinical-behavioral assessments including FBA
- Design and oversee multi-component behavior support plans
- Analyze and present clinical data
- Completing monthly clinical rounds with programs
- Participate in URR/PRC/HRC process
- Attend appointments with staff and external specialists as needed
- Consult to peers in your areas of expertise

Requirements:- Master's Degree Required
- Licensure or eligibility for BCBA, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong time management and writing skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and have a current, valid, US drivers' license for at least 6 months.
- Must be able to become CPR, First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment.
- Must successfully pass a CORI, reference, multi-state background and driving record check
