Schedule: Tues, Wed, Thurs 8:30am-4:30pm

As a Clubhouse Assistant Program Director you will oversee a highly member-involved program designed to empower adults living with psychiatric conditions and provide a community that is focused on respect, individual choice and contribution.
Clubhouses offer comprehensive and dynamic supports and services 5-6 days each week to members by combining employment, housing, and education services with social activities, life skills, wellness initiatives, arts-based rehabilitation and advocacy for people recovering from psychiatric conditions.
To ensure that these services are implement efficiently, you will work with the Program Director to oversee the operational, financial and administrative operations of the clubhouse as well as the implementation of all clubhouse service components and standards.
In additon, you will provide supervision and direction to clubhouse staff regarding Clubhouse Action Plans, interventions and comprehensive assessments.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field is required, but experience may substitute for education. High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 years experience in Human Services required. Advanced training, experience, or credentials related to vocational rehabilitation preferred.
- Strong time management and writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good judgment and the ability to coach and mentor.
- All applicants must be at least 21 years of age and have a current, valid, US drivers' license for at least one year.
- All applicants must become CPR, First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment and MAP certified within 150 days of employment.
