Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a vital role in fostering positive relationships and ensuring seamless interactions. Your responsibilities will include managing phone calls, greeting clients, and assisting with account updates and relationship management. A professional manner and attire are required, as you will represent the company and create lasting impressions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Outreach: Ensure a welcoming and professional experience for all client interactions, both in-person and over the phone.
- Schedule Management: Maintain advisor schedules, including scheduling in-person and remote client appointments.
- First Line of Client Support: Answer phones and assist clients with basic service updates. Direct more complex needs to the appropriate team members for follow-up.
- Client Greeting & Office Preparation: Greet clients upon their arrival, address walk-in concerns, and prepare office records for client meetings with advisors.
- Client Experience Management: Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment, ensuring clients feel valued at all stages of their visit.
- Administrative Support: Assist with filing, scanning, and general record-keeping to ensure an organized and efficient office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
