Minimum Qualifications Education & Prior Job Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
- 3 years of demonstrable 'hands-on' IT work experience supporting and resolving diverse PC desktop software and hardware issues
- 3-5 years experience
- IT-related desktop and infrastructure hardware and software troubleshooting
- Work night shifts to provide continuous support and maintain the stability of the IT environment. THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT POSITION IN DALLAS Flex will be 4 days a week 10pm-6am but can be flexible, weekdays, weekends, no set days no remote
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
- Airline Industry experience
All candidates will need the following:
- Familiarity with workflow and ITSM tools and ticketing systems is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interface at all levels of the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and perform in a collaborative, team-based environment?
- Team player, technically skilled, and customer service oriented
- This position will provide operational technical support to IOC users and systems
- Onsite technical team that supports 24x7 critical operations
