Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in web application testing, database development, and ensuring compliance with accessibility and security standards, particularly within the government sector. In addition, candidates should possess a strong understanding of web application technologies, including .NET and SQL Server, and be skilled in performing thorough testing and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for custom web applications built using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET).
• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure that web applications meet accessibility, security, and functional requirements, including compliance with government sector regulations.
• Perform database testing, validating data integrity and ensuring that SQL queries and stored procedures work correctly.
• Identify and document software defects and work with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
• Support the development of test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Validate web applications for cross-browser compatibility, performance, and responsiveness.
• Participate in system integration testing, ensuring the underlying systems on which web applications are developed are functioning correctly.
• Provide feedback on usability and provide suggestions for improvements related to performance, security, and user experience.
• Ensure that testing efforts align with established development timelines and project goals.
