Job description
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician Assistant to undertake the responsibility of maintaining the condition and functionality of a multi-family complex.

Responsibilities
- Processing work orders for repairs in occupied units
- Performing repair tasks in vacant units to prepare them for move-ins
- Ensuring property grounds and landscaping is free of debris and are properly maintained
- Additional duties as assigned- This position will help with Ground duties.
Physical Demands
- Move a stackable washer/dryer with assistance and with appropriate safety gear.
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor locations under multiple weather conditions.
Qualifications
Maintenance experience in residential and grounds.
Knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
Driver's license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule
Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm
On-call schedule (on for 2 weeks)
