Construction Project Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to coordinate various aspects of construction activities effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution for multiple construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Utilize construction management software for tracking project progress and managing documentation.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using effective project scheduling techniques.
• Oversee the construction site to ensure safety standards are upheld and work is performed according to plans.
• Manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Prepare detailed estimates for project costs, including labor, materials, and other expenses.
• Facilitate communication among all stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Bluebeam or Prolog is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction estimating practices and contract management.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project coordination processes and best practices in construction management.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
