Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution for multiple construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Utilize construction management software for tracking project progress and managing documentation.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using effective project scheduling techniques.
- Oversee the construction site to ensure safety standards are upheld and work is performed according to plans.
- Manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Prepare detailed estimates for project costs, including labor, materials, and other expenses.
- Facilitate communication among all stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
