Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with the audience through effective social listening.
- Create compelling content that aligns with the brand voice, including graphis, videos, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage daily social media operations including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy and public relations efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support e-commerce initiatives and web campaigns.
- Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
