What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Vintage Printing & Distribution Services?
Vintage Printing has an open position for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR will work directly with an inside salesperson, assisting customers with day to day support, perform any necessary product research, place orders into software program, and coordinate order completion in a fast-paced environment.
A successful applicant must possess the following attributes:
Ability and initiative to learn various product requirements and an industry specific order entry program. Carefully following procedures and paying attention to detail is important.
Excellent computer skills and experience especially with Microsoft Office programs.
Positive, engaged attitude. Dependability is a must.
Problem solving, organizational and time management skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits. Some occasional overtime may be required.
