The Housekeeper/Cleaner will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the model, clubhouse, office, gym, bathrooms, and vacant units.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Performs general cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services throughout assigned property.
· Cleans and disinfects bathrooms.
· Cleans and disinfects model, clubhouse, and office areas.
· Clean and disinfect vacant apartments for move-ins.
· Spot clean vacant apartments when needed.
· Wipes and dusts surfaces in rooms and cleans mirrors.
· Vacuums and cleans floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.
· Picks up and empties trash containers.
· Notifies maintenance if something is not working properly.
· Help maintain breezeway and pool area along with other common areas as needed.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Detail-oriented and thorough.
· Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of residents, tenants, and/or guests.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.
