The Admin of Information Technology (IT) will lead the company’s overall IT strategy, ensuring that our technology infrastructure, cybersecurity measures, and business applications align with corporate goals. This role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency, data security, and digital transformation efforts while optimizing IT budgets and vendor management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT leadership, with expertise in enterprise systems, cloud computing, and cybersecurity best practices. They will also play a key role in streamlining processes, improving decision-making through data analytics, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration between IT and business units.

Key Responsibilities
IT Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT roadmap that aligns with business growth and operational needs.
- Lead IT infrastructure planning, system integrations, and enterprise technology initiatives.
- Optimize IT budgets, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts for cost efficiency.
- Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and security.
Infrastructure, Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, including networks, cloud environments, and data security.
- Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies and frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Ensure robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate risk.
- Monitor IT performance, system reliability, and security risks proactively.
Enterprise Applications & Data Management
- Oversee enterprise software platforms (ERP, CRM, financial management systems).
- Enhance data analytics and reporting to drive strategic decision-making.
- Improve system integrations and business process automation.
- Lead cross-functional IT initiatives that improve productivity and streamline operations.
Team Development & Collaboration
- Build, mentor, and manage an IT team specializing in Infrastructure, Security, Applications, and Data Management.
- Foster a culture of innovation, security, and operational excellence.
- Partner with key stakeholders, including finance, operations, and executive leadership, to ensure IT initiatives support overall business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7 years of IT leadership experience, preferably in a corporate or enterprise environment.
- Strong expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, and cybersecurity.
- Experience implementing cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
- Background in IT budgeting, vendor management, and digital transformation.
- Ability to lead complex IT projects and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Certifications preferred:
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
- CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
- AWS/Azure Cloud Certifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Certification
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification
- Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate Certification
