Vinton Family Dental is looking for a dental receptionist who will make a visit to our office the most pleasant experience possible for patients, while also helping the office run efficiently. Prior dental industry experience and insurance knowledge is preferred. Excellent customer service and administrative skills are required. The ideal candidate is well-organized with great attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. We are looking for someone who is able to execute office procedures effectively and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an outstanding team in a completely renovated office!

Receptionist Responsibilities
- Make patients feel welcome at Vinton Family Dental
- Managing daily schedule and scheduling appointments
- Checking patients in and out, answering phones and checking voicemails
- Reviewing treatment plans and associated costs
- Sending insurance claims and posting insurance payments
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures

- Proven experience as a dental receptionist
