Key Responsibilities :
Prepare reports on brand performance and suggest areas for improvement.
Assist in developing and executing brand strategies to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all platforms.
Manage plans and schedules for brand personnel traveling in the market.
Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitors.
Assist with the creation of marketing and promotional materials, ensuring they align with the brand's voice and identity.
Work with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and logistics to ensure brand consistency.
Help organize and execute events, product launches, or activations that reinforce the brand's identity.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative brand ideas, campaigns, and messaging.
Qualifications :
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of brand building and marketing principles.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and consistency in branding.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Basic experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
