What You’ll Achieve (Performance Goals)
- Boost Campus Awareness: You will find creative ways to promote our door-to-door setter jobs. Aim to get a specific number of new applicants each month by visiting clubs, talking to friends, and using social media.
- Host Weekly Events: Every week, you will plan and run one on-campus event to showcase our job openings. The goal is to get students excited about joining our team.
- Keep Job Boards Updated: You will post our job openings on campus job boards, social media, and other student forums. You’ll also respond to interested students quickly to keep them engaged.
- Build Relationships: Connect with student clubs, school departments, and other organizations. You’ll be our go-to person on campus for spreading the word about our door-to-door setter opportunities.
