Responsibilities

- Manage disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of system failures or data loss.
- Oversee the administration of remote access software to facilitate secure connectivity for remote employees.
- Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware components.
- Utilize VMWare for virtualization management to improve resource utilization and system performance.
- Implement Agile methodologies to streamline project management processes within the IT team.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
- Prepare reports on IT activities, performance metrics, and project status for senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an IT management role with a strong understanding of IT service management principles.
