Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- New Location Launch: Achieve 50% booking at location opening and 75% booking by the 3rd month post-opening.
- Membership Cross-Sell: Maintain 4x average visits per year per member across care plans.
- New Client Acquisition: Generate 30 new patient visits per week per location.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing: Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand awareness.
- Digital Marketing Initiatives: Lead digital marketing efforts to support local business launches and ongoing growth.
- Campaign Management: Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, display advertising, and content marketing.
- PPC Advertising: Manage and optimize Meta ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other PPC campaigns to drive traffic and boost conversions.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of HubSpot campaigns, report on key metrics, and recommend optimizations to improve ROI.
- Email/SMS Marketing: Develop and execute sms/email marketing campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Website & SEO Management: Manage the company’s website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience and search engines, and direct local SEO efforts.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to maintain consistency in branding and customer experience.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend their implementation.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation campaigns, effectively managing the lead funnel.
- AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: The candidate should be ready and able to build and manage a hybrid marketing team.
Position Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years in marketing roles such as Digital Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Director, or similar positions.
- Education: BA/BS/MBA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEM, and other digital marketing tools.
- Personality: Competitive, system-oriented, and passionate about luxury brands, with a focus on female clientele.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
