Service Center Manager

OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Auto Service Manager to lead our day to day operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in automotive sales, service writing, and management, with a proven ability to drive sales growth and enhance customer service. As the Auto Service Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring that we meet our business goals while providing an outstanding experience for our customers.

Duties

• Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue, including upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases.
• Oversee the sales from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth process for customers.
• Manage inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
• Provide sales support to the team, offering guidance on best practices in automotive sales and customer engagement.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development among staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry or related field. 3 Years
• Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and inventory management.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively..
• Experience with outbound sales initiatives is preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
