What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant Teacher position at VIP Childhood Development?
VIP Childhood Development Center is looking for a Teacher for our Infant room.
Responsibilities:
· Infant teacher teaching children ages 2 months – 15 months
· Always ensure supervision of infants
· Plan and execute age-appropriate activities for them to meet necessary developmental milestones
· Complete necessary trainings on curriculum and state guidelines
· Communicate effectively with the director and other staff members
· Regularly communicate with families on children’s progress
· Maintain a safe and clean learning environment
· Diaper changes
Qualifications:
·Must meet all requirements stipulated by the state for this position
· 1 years of childcare experience, specifically with children under the age of 5.
· Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
· Highly professional and dependable
· Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
· Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations

Monday to Friday
7:00am to 1:00pm
9:00am to 5:00pm

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
