About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in North Andover, MA. This is a full-time position that will be on 1st shift, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work within a metal manufacturing environment and be responsible for product design changes and the design of new products using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. They will also document assembly processes using engineering drawings and digital tools, evaluate the root cause of product failures, maintain and review manufacturing test equipment, create and release blueprints, and manage inventory control. Additionally, they will troubleshoot issues, implement Lean Six Sigma programs, and create process specifications.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have at least one year of work experience or a related associate degree. You should also have experience with Blueprints, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks, as well as experience in Lean manufacturing, ISO, and CNC.
