VIP Staffing is immediately hiring a Leasing consultant for a local leading organization in Albuquerque, NM
As a Leasing Consultant you will :
- Show apartment units to prospective tenants
- process move-in paperwork for qualified applicants
- Encourage prospective tenants to lease with us by position the property and its units in a favorable light
- Provide exceptional customer service
- maintain a strong closing ratio
- Ensure that all community areas, including the clubhouse and leasing office are in perfect condition
- Process service requests from tenants and ensure prompt response to inquiries
- Answer inbound phone calls.
- You will work at two properties and must be able to get to each property as needed and directed
Leasing Consultant candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration :
This is a Full time Position
The schedule is Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Pay for this position is $17.25
