Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to oversee continuous line operations in our production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining plant organization and cleanliness, performing routine preventive maintenance (PM), and conducting quality checks to ensure efficient and safe production processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate continuous feed machinery with computer interfaces, ensuring smooth and efficient production cycles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions, including issues related to electronic sensors and mechanical components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on motors, gears, and various equipment to maintain optimal functionality.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
• Set up machines and perform changeovers as required for different production runs.
• Continuously monitor all aspects of line operation to ensure safe and productive operation of the epoxy line.
