In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer requests and promote services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling processes.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Office software for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Provide bilingual support when necessary to assist a diverse clientele.
• Engage in sales activities as needed to promote products or services.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of clients.
• Experience in sales or client services is advantageous.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures is beneficial.
• Ability to perform outbound calling effectively while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $20.07 - $21.90 per hour
