Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to generate new business and secure service contracts with property management companies and multi-family housing communities. This is a commission-based role with a tiered pay structure, rewarding high performance and sustained contract acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage potential clients, including property managers, HOAs, and apartment complex owners.
- Conduct outreach through cold calling, networking, and in-person meetings to generate leads.
- Present and explain VIP Trash Valet’s services, emphasizing the benefits of convenience, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service implementation for new clients.
Our tiered commission structure rewards performance:
- 10% on total contracts value up to $100,000
- 12% from $100,001 to $200,000
- 14% from $200,001 to $300,000
- 16% from $300,001 to $400,000
- 18% from $400,001 to $500,000
- 20% on total contracts value exceeding $500,000

Qualifications:- Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B, property management, or service-based industries.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships with professionalism and integrity.
- Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and in-person sales.
