- Standard operating procedures
- Protocols
- Guidelines
- Provider and staff education
- Participate and chair medication related committees
- Mentor Internal Quality Improvement Programs related to medication operations
- Review medication related SAFE events and participate in process improvements
- Formulary management
- Perpetual review of formulary additions and removals
- Drug cost analysis with cost avoidance initiatives
- Create and maintain third party vendor partnerships for current and future programs
- Community re-entry medication bridging program
- Medication reconciliation solution
- Clinical References and Drug Information solutions
- Ensure compliance is maintained and documented
- At the minimum completion of quarterly pharmacy inspections for every FCH contracted facility
