While performing the duties of this role, the employee is often required to sit, use their hands in repetitive motions to finger, grasp, handle, or feel objects, and talk or hear. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Employees may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and lift or reach with hands and arms.
Must be able to operate routine office equipment, including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators. Must be able to routinely perform work on a computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in an emergency. Ability to lift 20 pounds (if necessary for office supplies or materials).
Specific vision abilities required by this job include: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation/inspection of machines and/or using measurement devices at distances close to the eyes.

Requirements
- Post business transactions, process invoices, and verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
- Provide clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of monthly royalty payments. Including proper withholding when applicable.
- Maintain meticulous records of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing, and tax purposes.
- Protect businesses against unintentional overpayment
- Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
- Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices, or receiving signatures
- Assemble and review invoices to be completed for payment
- Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices, or correspondence necessary for files
- Prepare periodic reports and other records as necessary
- Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments
- Reconcile bank statements
- Input daily bookkeeping and record-keeping

- Minimum of 2 years AR/AP related experience.
- Strong computer skills, including accounting databases, Excel, and other software.
