Support maintenance, production, and engineering by providing technical support, parts ordering, store room operation, parts kitting, and maintenance software (CMMS) management. Back up the maintenance supervisor as needed.
Area of responsibility 1: [Computerized Maintenance Management System].
Main activities
Administrator for the CMMS.
Manages Equipment assets by adding, modifying, maintaining inventory and location, and removing assets in EAM.
Schedules and manages the preventive maintenance and calibration schedules. Also updates and adds preventive maintenance and task plans as needed.
Manages the spare parts inventory.
Maintains required documentation either electronically or hard copy as required by standard operating procedures.
Maintains and updates all procedures and training relevant to the CMMS.
Provides access and user IDs to required individuals.
Expected results: Maintains the CMMS system to ensure regulatory compliance and equipment readiness.
Area of responsibility 2: [Parts Inventory]
Main activities
Manages maintenance spare parts and the maintenance computer system.
Conducts cycle counts and organization activities as well as sources parts to reduce maintenance costs.
Knowledge of sourcing alternate equipment.
Manages the computerized maintenance management system
Orders and kits parts as required for PM's and plant shutdowns
Expected results: Replenish inventory and order emergency parts as required. Maintain an organized parts area.
Area of responsibility 3: [Continuous Improvement].
Main activities
Works with supervisors to develop and improve equipment troubleshooting.
Works with the engineering manager to source improvements to existing and new equipment.
Works with the maintenance supervisor to improve maintenance work processes to improve efficiency.
Keeps track of the status of special projects.
Expected results: Dedicates time to the development of continuous improvement activities based on the needs of the business.
Profile
Requirements (Diploma and experience)
At least 10 years' experience in maintenance operations
