At Vireo Resources, we are seeking a talented Maintenance Associate who shares our vision and wants to help us fulfill our mission!
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Technician is an attentive and team-oriented individual, responsible for maintenance of the entire facility and grounds. They maintain company equipment, facility and keep accurate records of work order completion and daily maintenance activities.
They will also have a high attention to detail and ensure that equipment involved in the manufacturing process is in good working order and being used in a safe manner.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Exercise safe work practices.
- Maintain good housekeeping of work area.
- Maintain equipment and complete requests for repair.
- Install, repair, and upkeep of company machines and mechanical systems
- Repair and upkeep of the facility
- Maintain appropriate documentation of all aspects of maintenance through the company software
- Monitor maintenance inventory
- Recommend and/or make improvements to machinery and related equipment
- Other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Must be able to sit/stand for 8-10 hours
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds

- Base salary starts at $19.00/hr bonus based on company and personal performance
