Travel: If working remotely, travel is expected once every 1-2 months to Nashville, TN.

CON-CRET is seeking a passionate and results-driven Associate Brand Manager (ABM) to join our growing team! In this key role, you will support the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that build brand awareness, engage consumers, and drive business growth for our CON-CRET product. Working closely with internal teams and external agency partners, you will help ensure a unified brand message and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Brand Manager in growing the CON-CRET brand and launching marketing strategies that are grounded in data and meet the brand’s objectives.
  • Support the Brand Manager in creating and executing integrated brand campaigns that achieve marketing and brand objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform brand strategies.
  • Help plan, launch, and monitor retail marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and aligned with brand identity.
  • Create agency and internal communication briefs for marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional activities.
  • Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide insights and recommendations to optimize brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and external partners to ensure high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on new product development from ideation to launch execution.
  • Support sales team with collateral material development and execution (sell sheets, pitch decks) including shipping samples
  • Assist in managing the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Support the planning and execution of consumer and trade shows (some travel required).
  • Help Brand Manager manage the marketing calendar and help develop content that aligns with marketing initiatives and communication strategies.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA a plus).
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related role.
  • CPG experience required.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand strategy, and consumer behavior.
  • Experience with CPG retail marketing and campaign execution.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.); Experience with Asana is a nice plus.
  • Health and wellness brand experience is a plus; Event experience is a plus
