- Maintain payroll records and communicate effectively with HR and management
- Support with filing systems, copying, and mailing as required
Key Accountabilities:
- Data entry, processing, and verification of payroll-related information
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to payroll-related inquiries
- Act as backup support to Sr. Payroll Coordinator during vacation periods
Requirements:
- High school diploma and 3 years of high-volume payroll experience
- Experience with Paychex payroll systems is an asset
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
