What exactly you will be doing…
In helping you understand your role in working for a progressive, environment conscious, world class organization, the following is a list of your essential job responsibilities. Please keep in mind that this list is not all inclusive and that you may be asked to perform other job tasks by your supervisors / managers not listed below in the constant quest to provide “out of this world” customer service experience for our guests :
- Set-up, clean and maintain meeting and banquet rooms following the standards of service as set by hotel management and BEO requirements.
- Responsible for the proper cleaning and setting of banquet functions and meeting rooms
- Care and storage of all equipment such as tables and chairs
- Servicing meeting rooms
- Work closely with the Banquet Servers to ensure guest satisfaction
- Responsible for dusting, vacuuming and basic cleaning of banquet rooms and meeting space.
- Responsible for gathering plates, glasses, and silverware specific to BEO requirements (includes polishing and rollups)
- Provide outstanding service
