The Cluster Director of Revenue Management assists the General Manager, and Corporate Director of Revenue Strategy to ensure optimization of revenue and market share goals. The Cluster Director of Revenue Management you will champion the revenue effort at the hotels by foresting a collaborative environment and total team effort with all the departments of the hotel to ensure maximum profitability and value that is good for people and planet.

What exactly you will be doing...
In helping you understand your role in working for a world class organization, the following is a list of your essential job responsibilities. Please keep in mind that this list is not all inclusive and that you may be asked to perform other job tasks by your manager not listed below in the constant quest to provide “out of this world” customer service experience for our guests:
- Oversee Revenue Management and Distribution functions of 2 Dynamic hotels in New Orleans and Nashville
- Continuously monitor property performance relative to budget and forecast
- Liaise with Brand Partners such as Preferred Hotels & Resorts and distribution partners such as Expedia and Booking.com to ensure maximum ROI from partnerships
- Utilize best practices and leverage available reporting tools and analysis to make effective decisions
- Work with the hotel and corporate teams on the annual Rate and Budget process, as well as development of the Sales and Marketing Plan.
- Assist in developing and executing key market segment strategies to impact regional/hotel need periods, shortfalls to budget and/or market share losses (based on Demand360, Agency360, STR, etc)
- Work in conjunction with Sales & Marketing team members to ensure that sales, pricing and distribution strategies are aligned for success
- Maximize the potential, and ensure proactive and accurate maintenance and management of all systems: such as Duetto, HMS, SynXis, Lighthouse, etc.
- Ensure that the necessary reports are maintained and organized, including market intelligence reports including but not limited to: Rate 360; Agency 360; STAR; etc.
- Complete ad-hoc analysis as necessary and serve as a subject matter expert for cross-functional teams
- Lead Weekly and Monthly yield/commercial strategy meetings
- Weekly and Monthly sales, front office, or operations meeting participation as needed
- Email communication regarding revenue management function daily, weekly, and monthly including reporting, meeting notes, or other
- Support global revenue management and distribution team goals and strategies
- Additional needs as necessary by the General Manager and Corporate Management team

Background must-have:
- Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in the United States
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in Hotel Revenue Management experience is required
- Bachelor's in business, Hospitality or related field is preferred
- Computer Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Strong MS Excel knowledge
- Local hotel market experience in New Orleans and Nashville is strongly preferred
- This is a hybrid role (2-3 days on-site) with candidates based in one of the two markets this role oversees - either New Orleans or Nashville
