What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cannabis Grow Team Member position at Virgin Leaf?
We are an OLCC licensed cannabis farm located in Central Oregon, and we are looking for detail-oriented professionals to join our Grow team full time.
This position requires:
Attention to detail
Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours
Great attitude
Strong work ethic
Growing techniques
IPM knowledge
Willingness to learn
Respect for our techniques
Ability to lift 50lbs
1-year cannabis harvesting/growing experience preferred (non-traditional work setting OK)
1-year landscaping preferred
We are seeking individuals with verifiable experience in all stages of growing and harvesting cannabis.
Don't have any cannabis experience?
If you have a background working in landscaping or construction this could be a great start for getting your foot in the door. We are willing to consider training the right candidate with a strong drive and a proven track record of performing tasks with a positive attitude.
Candidates must:
Be 21 or older
have reliable transportation
have a current OLCC worker's permit

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
