Position Summary: Overview: The Executive Director of Operations at the Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center will serve as the second-in-command to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). This pivotal role will oversee and ensure the smooth operation of various administrative functions, including human resources, staff and faculty recruiting, onboarding, finances, systems development and data analytics, IT, AV, space planning, and facilities management. The Executive Director will oversee the directors of various departments and play a critical role in advancing the Center's mission and goals. Additionally, this role will be expected to work closely with the directors of each unit on overall culture, efficiency, and cost savings apart from overseeing these daily operations.
