The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative support for the Department of Pathology. The individual will be expected to interact well with all department members (faculty, staff, students, and visitors) and to coordinate services, schedule activities, and manage various annual projects in a timely and independent manner.
This position will have the opportunity for a hybrid telework option after a period of in-person training. This option will have a maximum of 20% telework available.

- Division chief and faculty administrative support
- Faculty and staff timekeeping
- Graduate program support
- Department website maintenance
- Faculty recruitment logistics (Itinerary, reservations, interview scheduling)
- Annual projects (fixed asset inventory, space survey, faculty contracts)
- Travel coordination (including departmental seminar series)
