Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities of inmate labor workforce and manage construction project schedules with minimal supervision.
- Exercise sound ethical judgment and use resources appropriately to resolve conflicts and deliver projects on time.
- Maintain knowledge of multiple construction trades, methods, and materials used in commercial/institutional building structures.
- Comply with safety regulations, including OSHA standards, environmental, and conservation requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Degree or certification in construction management or related field preferred.
- At least two years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with HVAC operations.
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Class B classification.
- Current DPOR HVAC construction trades licensure.
