Independently performs technical office tasks in support of a single program area regularly requiring application of policy and procedures. Characteristic activities : Serves as contact and information resource for one or more programs; serves as lead worker to direct, advise and train others; designs and directs workflow processes; researches and processes claims; collects data and prepares reports on program activities. May provide performance input regarding staff to appropriate supervisor.This incumbent will be expected to work in our Richmond City Health District and other offsite areas in the community as needed. Mileage reimbursement is available for any work-related travel.
