Chiropractic Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing exceptional patient care and support within a chiropractic setting.

Duties
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist chiropractors with patient assessments and treatments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of documentation
- Provide patient education on exercises and treatment plans
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and handling phone calls
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient consultations

Responsibilities:

• The primary responsibility for this position is assisting in the implementation and monitoring/guiding patients through their proposed therapeutic exercise routines and physical medicine modalities.
• Additional duties include taking vital signs, assisting in passive patient procedures, as well as light administrative duties (answering phones, scheduling patients, collecting payments, etc).

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate has some working knowledge and experience with assisting patients with physical medicine modalities, however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
• An upbeat, goal-driven, outgoing personality with the ability to talk to anyone (extroverted) personality is a must!
• *Speaking Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory!*

Work Schedule:

• This is a full-time position and we are looking for long-term placement in our office.
• Our current hours of operation are 9 am-6:00 pm Monday through Friday.
• Some Saturday hours are mandatory.
• We are looking for someone who can fulfill all of these hours.

Pay: $15.30 - $18.00 per hour
