About the Position
We are hiring an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team at York Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Yorktown, VA. This full-time opportunity comes with a $4,500 retention bonus and offers the chance to work with a locally owned and headquartered company that has been serving the community since 1963.
Responsibilities
* Supervise resident care to assure quality standards are met
* Manage systems as assigned by the Director of Nursing
* Complete assigned duties and paperwork timely
* Supervise nursing staff to ensure quality of care
* Assume role of Director of Nursing as needed
Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and holds current Virginia RN license
* Experience/education in Gerontological Nursing required
* Computer knowledge preferred
