Essential Duties and Qualifications
Lancashire Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant, Memory Care who is interested in an environment where growth is supported in long term care! The starting rate is based on experience ranging from $16.50-$20.85/hour, with a $1,500 retention bonus for full time employees and shift differential eligibility ranging from $.75-$2.75! This facility is located in Kilmarnock, VA.

Scheduling Options:
- Flexible Scheduling options, including 8 hours shifts

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and holds current Virginia license.
• Experience/education in Gerontological Nursing preferred.
• Computer knowledge preferred.
• While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, turn, bend, stoop, lift, push, pull, reach, talk, hear, taste and smell.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull and move up to 50 pounds.
• Risk of exposure to blood borne pathogens and hazardous materials.
