Essential Duties and Qualifications
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assess patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and help individuals regain movement, reduce pain, and improve overall functionality. Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations.

Develop and implement customized treatment plans to restore mobility, relieve pain, and improve overall physical function.

Use a variety of therapy techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and specialized equipment.

Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention.

Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document all treatments in electronic medical records (EMR).

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following all regulatory and compliance guidelines.

Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist

Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is a plus, but new graduates are welcome.

Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and best practices.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work with diverse patient populations and provide individualized care.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.

Capability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs as needed for patient care.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with residents, families, and team members.
- Ability to create and implement effective rehabilitation programs.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
