The Site Supervisor will be responsible for providing direct supervision of the office staff. Will coordinate overall operations of the clinic and manage issues related to facilities. Will assist in implementing goals, objectives, practice policy, procedures, and systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide direct oversight of day-to-day operations of the clinic.Troubleshoot operational issues and develop action plans with manager to resolve.Assist manager in developing performance standards to achieve practice goals.Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures.Monitor supplies and orders, as necessary.Lead performance improvement initiatives as identified by management team.Ensure performance boards are implemented and updated.Participate in selection / hiring process of new staff.Establish work schedules for staff.Train and mentor team and provide on-going performance feedback.Performs corrective actions as needed.Participate in the orientation of new employees and help train existing staff in new systems and technology.Identify learning needs of support staff and develop a plan to enhance professional development.Maintain and process employee timecards and attendance records; submit payroll according to existing payroll practices and procedures.Demonstrate collaborative and respectful behavior.Partner with all team members to achieve goals.Receptive to others’ ideas and opinions.Contribute to a positive work environment.Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to change.Identify opportunities to improve clinical and administrative processes.Make appropriate decisions using sound judgement.Speak up when team members exhibit unsafe behaviors or performance.Continuously validate and verify information needed for decision making or documentation. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferredMinimum of 2 years of progressive healthcare experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
