Position Overview :
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Concierge Medicine Physician to join our practice. The ideal candidate will provide personalized, high-quality care to a select group of patients, focusing on building strong doctor-patient relationships and offering comprehensive medical services in a concierge setting. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with patients to manage their health needs in a more individualized and proactive manner.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive medical care to a dedicated panel of patients, focusing on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management.
Conduct thorough physical examinations, order appropriate diagnostic tests, and provide accurate diagnosis and treatment.
Offer personalized healthcare plans tailored to each patient’s needs, including lifestyle and health management guidance.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists to ensure holistic patient care.
Engage in patient education to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
Respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner, both in person and via electronic communication.
Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated on advancements in medicine and patient care.
Schedule :
Regular business hours : Monday - Friday
Flexibility for administrative time built into the schedule
Requirements :
Medical degree from an accredited institution
Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
3-5 years of attending experience highly preferred
Current, unrestricted medical license in Virginia
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Our outstanding medical staff includes the full gamut of subspecialty consultants. Hospitalists and OB Hospitalists are employed physicians and work closely with the primary care teams to provide inpatient care for our patients.
