They ensure the smooth operation of the facility by managing supplies, processing purchase orders, and assisting with financial reporting.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Relevant work-related experience with purchasing / procurement.
- Administrative work-related experience.
- Experience working with Maintenance Management Systems.
- Significant experience working with procurement tools to manage requisitions.
- Considerable experience managing and reconciling budgets and payment processing.
- Valid Virginia Sate Driver's license or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
