The University of Virginia, Facilities Management, is seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator. Facilities Management (FM) supports the University of Virginia's wide range of research, academic and patient care programs. With over 1,200 employees dedicated to excellence, Facilities Management is responsible for the day-to-day operation, repair, and maintenance of UVA's buildings, infrastructure and grounds as well as other University-owned and leased properties.

The role of Senior Logistics Coordinator is integral to the logistics operation within Facilities Management. This role provides critical logistical and materials management support throughout the department. Individuals with purchasing / procurement related experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with staff and vendors to create purchase orders for materials and services
- Provide support to the Classroom Team to include furnishings-related purchases, install classroom furniture as needed, oversee on-hand classroom inventory
- As a T&E cardholder provide payment for services, purchase material, pay invoices
- Facilitate cell phone deployments for FM staff
- Facilitate inventory-related tasks with FM staff to include inventory warehouse implementation, inventory training and in-person support

The Anticipated Hiring Range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 per hour ($45,760 - $52,000 Annually). This is a full-time position with UVA benefits . Employee benefits package highlights include :
