May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.

Duties And Tasks
- Assists with management and review of the Loudoun Campus schedules, contributing to an efficient and effective usage of space.
- Enters semester schedules for all division and maximizes the use of classrooms, seating capacities, and student curricular needs.
- Works closely with division representatives regarding semester schedule changes.
- Receives and processes all requests for room reservations initiated by faculty.
- Assist with efforts to increase new and existing student enrollment through analysis of enrollment trends, scheduling, and program data.
- Researches, analyzes, and produces regular reports on enrollment and students.
- Participates in community outreach and program-specific marketing initiatives.
- Communicates directly with students via phone, email, or in person regarding enrollment issues and procedures.
