Full job description
Seeking a full-time Residential Manger that has knowledge of the overall daily operations of a Residential Setting. The Residential Manager is to supervise and develop staff/resident relations in accordance with both company and State policies.
Purpose of Position: Provide for the health, safety, and well-being of individuals with disabilities in the residential home(s) for which you are responsible.
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations.
- Maintain coverage and monitor all documentation to ensure accuracy and completion.
- Attend Quarterly meeting and provide input as needed.
- Monitor household health and safety, and report any concerns immediately.
- Maintains adequate fire, health, safety, and welfare standards of the home and its surrounding.
- Conducts inventory of supplies prior to shopping for food, supplies, and other approved items.
- Ensure medication is counted, administered, and charted accurately
- Check household cleaning lists regularly to ensure continuity in household operations
- Coordinate and develop monthly staff work schedule.
- Shift coverage as needed.
- Ensure staff are completing all required documentation appropriately.
- Complete required paperwork according to policy, procedures and deadlines.
- Any other duties as assigned.
24-hour on-call coverage is required (divided between the 2 Residential Managers)
Work alongside a co-residential manager for On-call responsibilities, appointments, administrative work, and meetings.
Example - one manager will be on-call for a week, then they would be "off-call" the following week when their co-residential manager takes over.
Qualifications

- Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Valid drivers' license and automotive insurance
- Must have at least a high school diploma, (GED) etc.
