Core responsibilities include customer relationship support, assist with project coordination, and calendar management support.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide support for STEM camps throughout the summer.
- Track basic statistics of STEM events and customer service surveys.
- Assist with creating and coordinating meeting materials.
- Positively represent the company to clients by providing empathetic and friendly customer service.
- Undergraduate student pursuing a degree.
- Some experience with virtual teleconferencing platforms (Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams).
- Dependability, flexibility, and the ability to respond in a fast-paced environment rapidly and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Pursuing a degree in Education or a STEM related field.
- Previous experience supporting students.
