Multimedia Digital Marketing Specialist!
Position Summary :
The Multimedia Digital Marketing Manager is a key driver of Virginia Tile's content creation and digital marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing, this role is focused on developing and executing multimedia strategies that amplify brand visibility and audience engagement across various platforms. As a hands-on contributor, you will be responsible for developing dynamic, engaging content across various formats, including short-form videos, blog posts, and reels, and publishing them across all social platforms. You will also manage social media activities, ensure the on-time completion and delivery of project assignments, and collaborate with the team to assist on other projects as needed. Additionally, you will work with our international team to consolidate multiple websites onto a unified platform, enhancing design consistency, functionality, and user experience while optimizing for SEO and SEM to increase visibility and drive engagement.
This position demands a proactive, adaptable individual with a broad skillset, capable of self-management and consistently delivering high-quality results on time. The ideal candidate thrives in execution, balancing creativity with efficiency while working collaboratively on strategic direction, metrics, and analytics to ensure impactful digital marketing assets are created, implemented, and maintained.
Core Competencies :
Website Administration & CMS Management : Manage, update blog, and enhance website content using CMS platforms in collaboration with an international team of developers (basic coding or web design skills are a plus but not required).Assist in the unification of multiple websites into a single, streamlined platform to ensure design consistency, improved functionality, and an optimized user experience.Social Media Management :
Plan, schedule, post, and monitor content across platforms, managing metrics and reporting updates to your manager.Graphic Design & Content Creation :
Design marketing assets and create visually compelling content to support team needs and campaigns.Video Editing :
Perform basic editing for short-form content like social media reels and training videos (advanced editing skills are a bonus).Essential Functions :
Content Creation & Execution :
Produce and manage diverse marketing materials, including graphics, copy, videos, and social media content.Support marketing campaigns with cohesive messaging across platforms.Proficiency in using Constant Contact for email marketing campaigns, including creating, managing, and analyzing performance metrics.Social Media Management :
Coordinate social media calendars, post scheduling, and audience engagement.Adjust strategies based on platform trends and audience preferences.Website & CMS Maintenance :
Update, enhance, and maintain website content via CMS platforms; troubleshoot and escalate advanced issues as needed.Keep blog up to dateSupport & Project Management :
Respond to help desk tickets and manage project execution.Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Strong skills in social media management, graphic design, and video editing.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related digital marketing tools.Adaptable and able to shift priorities as needed.Ability to use Constant ContactMiscellaneous - Preferred Skills :
Proficiency in Photoshop and Dreamweaver.Experience with multiple CMS platforms.fExperience in EcommerceFamiliarity with tools like Hootsuite, HubSpot, Loomly, etc.Travel :
Willingness to travel 15-20% for events, projects, and team collaboration.
Qualifications :
