Key Account Manager at Breeze Canna
The Key Account Manager drives growth by building strong, trust-based relationships with Breeze Canna's top clients. Acting as a trusted partner, this role aligns client goals with Breeze Canna's vision, driving market expansion, increasing sell-through rates, and maximizing brand presence within key accounts. By delivering exceptional service and working closely with internal teams, the Key Account Manager ensures client success while strengthening Breeze Canna's position as a market leader.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Account Management and Engagement :
- Implement in-store strategies that maximize product visibility, enhance merchandising impact, and drive customer engagement.
- Conduct regular store visits to build trust, assess operational needs, and provide hands-on support that directly impacts sales performance.
- Collaborate with store owners and managers to develop and implement customized sales and marketing plans that drive revenue growth.
- Provide on-the-ground support to optimize product placement, ensure compliance with store merchandising standards, and train retail staff on best practices.
- Monitor store-level sales data and inventory trends to proactively recommend restocks, promotional adjustments, and product reorders.
- Drive seasonal campaigns, co-branded promotions, and in-store activations that expand market share, deepen customer loyalty, and accelerate revenue growth.

Skills and Requirements :
Compliance : Must be at least 21 years of age and adhere to all state and local cannabis regulations.
Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of sales or account management experience in a regulated industry (e.g., cannabis, alcohol, pharmaceuticals). Cannabis industry experience strongly preferred.
Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the cannabis industry, including products, strains, consumption methods, market trends, and compliance requirements, is highly advantageous.
Retail and Wholesale Sales Expertise : Proven experience in retail or wholesale sales within highly regulated industries, with a strong emphasis on driving revenue and enhancing client partnerships.
Data-Driven Marketing and Sales Skills : Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data, leverage CRM platforms (e.g., Outfield CRM, LeafLink), and identify trends to inform strategic decisions.
Strategic Thinking : A track record of developing and executing client-specific growth strategies, incorporating data insights and market trends to drive results.
Independence and Mobility : Ability to work independently and remotely, with a willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
Availability : Flexibility to attend evening or weekend events as needed to support client relationships and industry engagement.
Communication : Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, establish meaningful client relationships, and foster collaboration.
Organization : Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring the ability to manage multiple accounts, initiatives, and deadlines effectively.
Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Drive, and CRM systems (Outfield, LeafLink) for data analysis and client management.
