Responsibilities
• Ensure personnel and guest safety by implementing and enforcing safety protocols
• Work with security system vendors to monitor and maintain optimal system performance
• Conduct regular system checks to identify and address potential issues
• Protect products and other assets from loss or damage
• Investigate and document any activity not in line with company SOPs
• Be capable of working with hazardous materials, coordinating safety drills, and overseeing building evacuations
• Possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, and changing environment
• Be eligible to work for a licensed cannabis company in the State of Massachusetts
• Go through a state-required badging process

• Eligible to work for a licensed cannabis company in the State of Massachusetts
• Reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time
• Exceptional attention to detail
